prenatal couples yogaLearn how yoga can help you prepare for labor and childbirth while connecting with your partner and having some fun. In this workshop, you will practice yoga poses; breathing and basic massage techniques that can help ease discomfort during pregnancy and labor. You will also learn different birthing positions and comfort measures through hands-on partner activities.
Prepare for the journey into parenthood as a couple while easing anxiety, and finding the confidence you both need for the big day! Note: Please bring your own inflated “birth ball” or exercise fitness ball to the class (1 per couple). Also bring 1 shawl/rebozo wrap.
