Our prenatal yoga classes are designed for women at all stages of pregnancy. Whether you are a beginner or have some experience with yoga, modifications will be given with respect to each person's trimester and abilities.

This class meets at Full Circle Yoga on Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 7:15 pm and on Saturdays from 12:30 am to 1:45 pm. There is an introductory special for all first timers to Full Circle Yoga: 3 classes for $25.
