prenatal couples yoga
Learn how yoga can help you prepare for labor and childbirth while connecting with your partner and having some fun. In this workshop, you will practice yoga poses; breathing and basic massage techniques that can help ease discomfort during pregnancy and labor. You will also learn different birthing positions and comfort measures through hands-on partner activities.
Prepare for the journey into parenthood as a couple while easing anxiety, and finding the confidence you both need for the big day!
Note: Please bring your own inflated “birth ball” or exercise fitness ball to the class (1 per couple). Also bring 1 shawl/rebozo wrap.
All levels welcome - no prior yoga experience required!
